ELEMENTS: Similar to thyme and oregano,  the bay leaf holds light notes of cypress and cedarwood, with an overall floral scent as its main note.

DIRECTIONS: Hold the smudge stick at a 45-degree angle when lighting. Let it burn and then gently blow the end of the stick so you see the orange embers light up. Once the ritual is complete, extinguish the stick in the sand.
